CASE STUDY1: Marketing Strategy

THE CHALLENGE The Free State Group was tasked to come up with a recurring promo campaign for a small online retailer, with the goal of increasing their sales and customer base. THE SOLUTION Our team created a once-a-month, 24-hour promotion to raise the profile of the client online and generated buzz for the event through viral marketing. THE RESULTS The promotion brought in incremental sales of almost 150% over seven months! At the same time, the customer base and overall traffic experienced tremendous growth and helped sustain higher sales even after the event ended.

CASE STUDY 2: E-commerce development

THE CHALLENGE Create a new e-commerce site for an online retailer to replace the client’s previous solution while improving overall conversion and streamlining backend fuctionality. THE SOLUTION We rethought the buying experience from the perspective of the shopper and minimized the steps needed to complete the purchase process. THE RESULTS The client saw an immediate increase in sales and conversion from their current customer base. Their new e-commerce platform also allowed for new checkout features to be easily added which brought in new shoppers as well.
